Lebeau Armory Shipping and Pickup Policy

Lebeau Armory is committed to operating in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. For that reason, we do not ship firearms, ammunition, or related regulated products directly to customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Shipping Policy
Lebeau Armory does not offer shipping of any kind.
All purchases made through Lebeau Armory, whether initiated online or in store, must be completed through in store pickup only. No items will be shipped to a residential address, commercial address, or third party.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:
Firearms
Ammunition
Magazines
Optics
Accessories
Hunting gear
In Store Pickup Requirements
All purchases must be picked up in person at the Lebeau Armory retail location.
To complete pickup, the individual retrieving the item must meet all of the following requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age
Present a valid, government issued photo ID
Be the individual who completed the purchase
Successfully pass all required background checks, where applicable
Comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws
Items will not be released to any other person, including family members, friends, or third parties, regardless of relationship or authorization.
Background Checks and Legal Compliance
All firearm transfers are subject to required background checks and waiting periods as mandated by law. Completion of an online order or in store purchase does not guarantee transfer approval.
Lebeau Armory reserves the right to refuse or delay pickup if legal requirements are not met or if compliance cannot be verified.
Payment and Pickup Timing
Orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
If an order is not picked up within the designated holding period communicated at the time of purchase, Lebeau Armory reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

Refund Policy
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Lebeau Armory Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Lebeau Armory operates in strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Due to the regulated nature of firearms and related products, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are limited and governed by the following policy. Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before pickup and transfer and only at the discretion of Lebeau Armory.
Firearms and ammunition orders may be canceled prior to background check initiation
Once a background check has begun or a transfer has been initiated, the order cannot be canceled
Special order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed with the supplier
Any approved cancellation may be subject to administrative, processing, or restocking fees, where permitted by law.
Firearms and Ammunition
All firearm and ammunition sales are final.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason
This includes buyer remorse, incompatibility, or change of mind
Firearms cannot be exchanged for a different model or caliber once purchased
These restrictions are required by law and enforced without exception.
Returns and Exchanges on Non Regulated Items
Non regulated items such as accessories, optics, and hunting gear may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
A valid receipt is required
Items are subject to inspection and approval by Lebeau Armory staff
Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged at Lebeau Armory’s discretion. Restocking fees may apply.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Ammunition
Magazines
Clearance or sale items
Special order items
All sales of these items are final.
Background Check Denials
If a customer does not pass a required background check, the firearm transfer will not be completed.
Refunds, if applicable, are issued at Lebeau Armory’s discretion
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted
Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment where applicable
Lebeau Armory reserves the right to refuse refunds where prohibited by law.
Defective Merchandise
For non regulated items found to be defective, Lebeau Armory will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer for warranty support. Warranty approval and replacement decisions are made by the manufacturer, not Lebeau Armory.
